Our Process

Step 1

Allocation of suitable food grade empty container.
Positioning of the empty container and truck at the loading site.

Step 2

Fumigation of the contain- er against the destructive insects that compromise the coffee quality.
Paper lining to prevent rust on coffee bags.
Weighing and tallying of coffee to comply with shipping instructions as per contract between the seller and buyer.
Stuffing of the coffee in the container.

Step 3

Coffee Loading in Trucks

Step 4

Process Export clearance and Customs verification along with sealing of the container. Sealing ensures the continued safety and untampered state of the container.
Departure of the truck.

Step 5

Trucking from origin to ports of loading, esp Dar es salaam and Mombasa.
Timely processing of final documentation such as final Bill of Lading and Seaway Bill, Stuffing Reports, Fumigation Cer- tificate, and Certificate of Origin among others.
Port handling and making sure container is loaded on boarded vessel for sailing.
Continuous communi- cation with the client regarding the status of the shipment.
